Property Management Operations VA, Spanish-Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Relieve the operational burden from the owners by managing the daily execution of rental property operations, which includes overseeing listings, tenant interactions, rent tracking, maintenance coordination, and lease management.

• Simultaneously handle multiple active properties, communication channels, and deadlines while ensuring accurate record-keeping and prompt response times.

• Assist with rental market analysis by researching comparable rental properties across various platforms.

• Develop and maintain precise property listings across numerous platforms.

• Distribute and monitor pre-screening questionnaires for all incoming applicants.

• Organize inspection scheduling, move-in dates, and onboarding timelines efficiently.

• Proactively send rent reminders and follow up on payments.

• Document and categorize maintenance requests, coordinating directly with vendors.

• Proficient in Spanish communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Previous hands-on experience in property management operations.

• Experience in direct tenant communication.

• Familiarity with coordinating vendors, addressing maintenance requests, and ensuring operational follow-through.

• Ability to navigate multiple platforms simultaneously without losing sight of tasks.

• Competence in managing deadlines, follow-ups, and documentation independently.

• Strong written communication skills with quick response times.

• Keen attention to operational details and record accuracy.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced remote environment aligned with US hours.

• Capable of working independently without daily step-by-step supervision.

• Must proactively raise issues rather than waiting for ownership to identify problems.

• Must be willing to consistently handle repetitive operational tasks without a decline in quality.
