This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Alleviate the operational burden on the owners by overseeing daily rental property management.

• Simultaneously manage multiple active properties, communication channels, and deadlines while ensuring accurate record-keeping.

• Conduct research on rental comparisons and prepare pricing summaries for owner evaluations.

• Develop and maintain precise property listings.

• Address tenant inquiries within a 24-hour timeframe.

• Evaluate applications, income documentation, and arrange background checks.

• Organize inspection schedules and onboarding timelines for new move-ins.

• Track incoming payments and uphold meticulous payment records.

• Coordinate maintenance requests with service providers.

• Oversee lease renewal schedules and distribute necessary notices.

• Keep organized records of utility documentation and accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Spanish communication skills—both verbal and written.

• Previous hands-on experience in property management operations.

• Experience directly managing tenant communication.

• Familiarity with coordinating vendors, maintenance requests, and ensuring operational follow-through.

• Experience navigating multiple platforms simultaneously while maintaining task visibility.

• Capability to independently manage deadlines, follow-ups, and documentation.

• Strong written communication skills with prompt response times.

• Exceptional attention to operational details and accuracy in records.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic remote environment aligned with US hours.

• Ability to operate without daily step-by-step supervision.

• Must proactively identify and escalate issues rather than waiting for ownership to notice problems.
