Property Listings Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Listing Management: Oversee the creation, updating, and maintenance of listings on various booking platforms, ensuring they are accurate and appealing.

• Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards by performing comprehensive reviews of all listings, ensuring consistency and excellence in every aspect.

• Internal Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between the Channels team and other departments, promoting seamless communication and coordination.

• Data Analysis: Utilize tools such as Excel or Google Sheets to analyze listing and revenue performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.

• Problem Solving: Proactively detect issues, troubleshoot platform challenges, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.

• Operational Excellence: Streamline team workflows, guarantee timely task completion, and support quarterly objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: 2-3 years in operations, listing management, or similar roles within a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

• Analytical Skills: Proficient in tools like Excel or Google Sheets, with the capability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

• Problem Solving: A proactive and resourceful approach to identifying and addressing challenges.

• Organisational Skills: Strong time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks and projects.

• Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Passion: A sincere enthusiasm for providing exceptional guest experiences and aiding host success.

• Fluent or business-level English, both written and spoken.

• You will also need:

• A quiet, dedicated workspace.

• Headset with a microphone and webcam.

• Stable high-speed internet with a backup, minimum 5 Mbps.

• Laptop or desktop equipped with at least a quad-core 2.5GHz CPU, 8GB RAM, and 128GB SSD.
