Property Estimate and Repair Verification Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• The Property Claims Estimate & Repair Verification Advisor is tasked with ensuring uniformity in estimating practices for the Good Hands Repair Network (GHRN), while adhering to industry best practices and regulations.

• This role involves conducting virtual reviews of repair estimates and providing support to Claims and vendor management concerning complex estimates, escalations, and reporting related to the Good Hands Repair Network contractors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in the Verisk suite of products, including Xactanalysis and Xactimate.

• Conducts virtual desk reviews and collaborates on vendor repair estimates and other assigned claims to ensure compliance with estimating best practices and process documentation.

• Engages in virtual research and addresses customer escalations, communications, concerns, conflicts, or issues by assisting the Claims and Vendor Management Teams, following up to confirm that customer needs are met.

• Establishes and maintains a connection with the GHRN by understanding and addressing shared needs; facilitates customer service with empathy; and follows up to ensure that both customer and Claims Team requirements are fulfilled.

• Develops, manages, and audits relationships with GHRN vendors.

• Monitors network trends and identifies potential opportunities for guideline and program enhancements.

• Participates in calibration activities alongside the Claims organization and Vendor Management.

• Collaborates with leadership to discuss file review outcomes and trends.

• Provides insights on estimate review and reinspection findings to ensure GHRN compliance with Allstate-specific guidelines and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
