Property Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Managing the Tenant Experience: You will take charge of Facebook rental inquiries, respond to phone calls, and arrange property tours for potential tenants.

• Finalizing Lease Agreements: You will draft leasing contracts, secure signed leases along with security deposits, handle renewals, and keep track of approaching lease expiration dates.

• Ensuring Smooth Operations: You will coordinate maintenance requests directly with repair teams to guarantee that properties are maintained in exceptional condition.

• Promoting Independent Solutions: You will reduce unnecessary escalations by making informed, autonomous decisions within set guidelines while employing an innovative approach to enhance workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• The Bilingual Connector: You must be fully fluent in Spanish (this is non-negotiable) and have excellent English communication skills to effectively engage with all parties.

• The Self-Reliant Problem Solver: You are highly proactive and possess strong critical thinking skills, preferring to tackle issues independently rather than merely executing tasks.

• The Organized Communicator: You exhibit strong organizational abilities and are highly responsive with tenants, clients, and contractors while delivering exceptional administrative support.

• Tech-Savvy Individual: You are comfortable using your own device (BYOD) and have experience with—or are eager to learn—tools like RentReady, Monday.com, Google Sheets, and ChatGPT.
