• Conduct investigations and document property claims, which entails reviewing policies, recording statements, assigning inspections, updating reserves, preparing or evaluating estimates, and negotiating settlements.
• Provide verbal and written communication regarding claim updates and decisions.
• Manage claims in accordance with all relevant regulations and internal procedures.
• Serve as a resource for less experienced team members.
• Assist in catastrophe response as required, which may include potential overtime and deployment.
• Perform any other tasks necessary to advance our mission and uphold our values.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in property claims.
• Proficient estimating skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Compassionate interpersonal skills.
• Adjuster licensed in the home state or possesses a non-resident license if not required; must meet licensing requirements for additional states as necessary.
