This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Provides accountable oversight for the implementation and documentation of policies, practices, and processes.
• Ensures compliance with licensing and insurance requirements for adjusters.
• Develops strategies, including both short-term and long-term plans, to enhance ongoing work, improve processes, foster customer relations, and support other functions.
• Monitors results of quality assurance efforts.
• Oversees the ethics, licensing, and compliance of adjusters.
• Executes additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• 6 years of relevant experience, including 3 years holding a Level 3 Independent Adjuster License.
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent professional experience (One year of relevant experience equates to one year of college); or a CIP (Certified Insurance Professional) designation.
• Must possess a Level 3 Independent Adjuster License with the capability of obtaining licensure nationally.
• At least 5 years of adjusting experience.
• Holds a level 3 adjuster's license in their home province.
• A CIP holder who has completed the following courses: C11 - Principles and Practice of Insurance, C12 - Insurance on Property, C14 - Automobile Insurance – Part 1, C110 - Essentials of Loss Adjusting, C13 - Insurance Against Liability – Part 1, C32 - Bodily Injury Claims, C111 - Advanced Loss Adjusting, C112 - Practical Issues in Claims Management.
