This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +6 more states.
• Accountable for collaborating with repair facilities to confirm, assess, and authorize payment for diagnostics and repair suggestions for both pre-sale repairs and customer vehicles covered under warranty.
• Appropriately reviews claims within the approval limit while adhering to departmental and industry standards.
• Diligently records all actions taken and communications with shops and customers in internal systems to ensure proper documentation of interactions.
• Efficiently utilizes departmental resources to guarantee compliance with established process flows and policies.
• Oversees a list of assigned pending claims and delivers prompt follow-up with repair facilities to resolve claims.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
• High school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive mechanical and diagnostics is necessary.
• A solid understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures is essential.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Strong negotiation abilities are required.
• Proficiency in typing and general computer skills is expected.
• Comfort in a high-volume, collaborative environment is essential.
