Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls with potential and current customers

• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout all interactions

• Facilitate sales transactions with customers

• Respond to and resolve all customer inquiries and concerns

• Collect information from customers to assess their insurance requirements

• Create quotes tailored for customers

• Inform customers about coverage options and associated costs

• Promote additional products when applicable

⛳️ Requirements

• Current resident Producer Property & Casualty License

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification

• At least 6 months of experience in customer service

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Proficient typing skills of a minimum of 25 words per minute

• Familiarity with desktop computer systems and basic knowledge of Windows-based platforms

• Previous customer service and/or sales experience is preferred

• A college degree is preferred but not mandatory
