Property & Casualty Insurance Licensing Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Complete the compensated pre-licensing training necessary for obtaining a Property & Casualty insurance license.

• Assist customers via phone and email regarding new policy quotations and billing questions.

• Handle endorsements, cancellations, and updates to coverage.

• Address underwriting inquiries and clarify insurance protections for clients.

• Ensure that all transactions adhere to industry regulations and internal quality benchmarks.

• Progress from a trainee to a licensed Property & Casualty insurance professional.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in customer service.

• Experience in a call center is advantageous.

• Must be able to pass a background check.

• Commitment to completing the entire 8-week training program.

• Capacity to take the state exam in the greater Houston, Texas region.

• Wired internet service must be installed directly in the home: cable, fiber-optic, or DSL broadband.

• Direct Ethernet connection from the Qualfon computer to the residential router or modem is required.

• Wireless-only internet, cellular/mobile hotspots, fixed wireless, satellite internet, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi extenders, mesh systems, or boosters are not acceptable.

• Proof of internet service provider and service will be required upon hiring.

• Passing the state exam is necessary to transition into the licensed phase.
