Property Adjuster – Field Estimating

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Perform on-site evaluations and assess coverage for claims.

• Create estimates and resolve claims swiftly and effectively.

• Manage virtual claims through various platforms including Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration.

• Deliver outstanding service to policyholders, with a focus on water-related losses.

• Communicate clearly and lead with compassion throughout the claims process.

• Negotiate claim settlements with clients and vendors.

• Ensure precise documentation within a claims system while safeguarding the company's financial interests.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as an outside adjuster is highly preferred.

• Proficient in using Xactimate and other pertinent software for estimating.

• Strong analytical and technical abilities to accurately assess damages and expedite claims settlements.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver outstanding customer service.

• Capability to travel to clients' residences and effectively manage virtual claims nationwide.

• Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel as required for the position.
