Property Adjuster – Field Estimating

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Provide outstanding service to policyholders by conducting on-site inspections and efficiently resolving claims.

• Manage virtual claims utilizing tools like Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration.

• Specialize in water damage and other risks, including minor fire incidents, wind/hail claims, and various property-related claims.

• Keep precise records in the claims system and offer expert assistance to customers during difficult situations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in property adjusting, water mitigation, or independent adjusting, including estimating skills.

• Proficiency in Xactimate is highly preferred.

• A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel as part of the job duties are essential.

• Residency in the Portland area is a requirement for this position.

• Candidates must be able to carry a 50-pound ladder and access a roof with a 6/12 pitch.
