• Prepare and enter all corporate journal entries into the system.
• Conduct monthly analyses and reconciliations of all corporate general ledger accounts.
• Oversee intercompany accounting and manage intercompany reconciliations.
• Handle transactions related to accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Execute flux and variance analyses, providing recommendations to management and clients.
• Perform coding of invoices for non-standard payments.
• Maintain and reconcile fixed assets effectively.
• Analyze and reconcile inventory data.
• Prepare and conduct bank reconciliations.
• Investigate month-end expense variances in relation to the budget and prior year figures.
• Assist in the preparation of compliance reports, including Tax and SEC reporting.
• Offer additional analysis and financial support to both regional and corporate leadership as necessary, for standard and ad hoc reporting needs.
• Collaborate with management to address inquiries related to financial matters.
• Prepare audit schedules to facilitate the annual external audit process.
• Coordinate audits required by third parties, including vendors, customers, and tax authorities.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls.
• Bachelor of Science in Accounting, ideally a CPA, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the BPO or Shared Services sector.
• Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or Xero.
• Familiar with IFRS and US GAAP standards.
