📋 Description

• Review and refine written material for grammatical, spelling, punctuation, and syntactical accuracy.

• Ensure that written content aligns with our style guidelines and reflects our brand voice.

• Confirm facts and verify sources to maintain accuracy.

• Offer constructive feedback and recommendations to writers to enhance the quality of their work.

• Oversee multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.

• Effectively communicate with writers and project managers to guarantee timely project delivery.

• Demonstrated experience as a proofreader or in a similar capacity.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for spotting mistakes.

• Familiarity with style manuals such as APA, MLA, and Chicago.

• Capability to work autonomously while managing several projects.

• Proficiency in utilizing digital tools and software, including Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and Grammarly.

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
