Prompting Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create effective prompts and manage context strategies utilizing large language models for clients.

• Collaborate closely with the Customer Success and Services team to refine prompts and resolve issues.

• Analyze conversations and feedback to revise and compose intricate, dynamic prompts.

• Keep records of your work and mentor others within the organization.

• Take the initiative to lead projects as the field progresses.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of pertinent experience in AI, LLMs, natural language processing, conversation design, or similar areas.

• Capability to swiftly produce flawless documentation or presentations that outline your work.

• Extensive experience with LLM prompting, especially with OpenAI and Anthropic models.

• Proficient in Python for rapid prototyping, with familiarity in API interactions and their integration into your prototypes.

• Experience with low-code automation platforms such as Zapier, Retool, or Make (formerly Integromat) is advantageous.

• Skills in copywriting, data science, and software engineering are beneficial.
