This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive commercialization and marketing strategy for Playson’s promotional products throughout their lifecycle.
• Create persuasive positioning, messaging, and value propositions that convert intricate product features into straightforward commercial advantages.
• Identify target audiences, use cases, and competitive positioning for both new and existing promotional tools.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to ensure successful launches for new features and product updates.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Account Management, and Marketing teams to execute coordinated product launches.
• Produce high-quality sales enablement materials, including presentations, one-pagers, videos, operator guides, and campaign toolkits.
• Provide commercial teams with the resources and messaging required to confidently promote and sell promotional features.
• Plan and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across various channels, including website, PR, social media, and launch communications.
• Partner with designers, content creators, and external stakeholders to create engaging marketing assets.
• Track product launch performance, feature adoption, and campaign effectiveness using commercial insights and stakeholder feedback.
• Continuously refine positioning, messaging, launch strategies, and marketing materials to maximize commercial success.
• Serve as the marketing lead for promotional features, fostering ongoing improvement and ensuring products are positioned as commercially relevant and impactful.
• Significant experience in Product Marketing, Product Commercialization, or Go-to-Market Strategies.
• Prior experience in the online casino or iGaming sector.
• Strong grasp of B2B product marketing and commercial strategy.
• Proven experience in launching complex products or features into the market.
• Exceptional storytelling, positioning, and messaging abilities.
• Experience in creating sales enablement materials and commercial marketing assets.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the capability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
