Projektmanager Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will take on end-to-end project management for our marketing launches and other exciting projects.

• You are the person who brings all teams together and ensures that everything is in place by the deadline.

• You will serve as the Single Point of Contact for Brand, Performance Marketing, CRM, Content, Product, and SCM.

• You will set up briefings, timelines, and status reviews, keeping everything on track.

• Responsible for moderating central meetings (kick-offs, check-ins, reviews), including follow-up on action items and prompt escalation of any deviations from the plan.

• You think proactively, identify marketing initiatives with growth potential, and drive them forward.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in project management, ideally in a marketing context.

• Understanding of marketing channels: You don’t need to run ads yourself, but you understand how performance, CRM, brand, and content work together.

• Tool affinity: Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or similar tools. You enjoy bringing structure to chaos.

• Structured & independent: You can prioritize, manage stakeholders, and maintain a clear head even under time pressure.

• Digital & hands-on: Open to AI tools and digital workflows, you take initiative rather than wait.

• Communication: Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
