• Responsible for the operational execution of projects directly at the client's site.
• Conducting on-site inspections as well as creating technical descriptions and photographic documentation of the lots.
• Ensuring and passing on all relevant auction information to the Auction Manager.
• Assisting in the structuring, prioritization, and compilation of lots for the seller.
• Organizing and overseeing site visits and pick-up days.
• Communicating and coordinating with buyers and sellers.
• Coordinating service providers for disassembly, logistics, pick-up, and other logistical processes.
• Managing post-auction sales and ensuring the professional handover of lots to buyers, facilitating a seamless customer journey.
• Completed technical training/degree or relevant professional experience in machinery.
• Relevant work experience as a project manager, service technician, or in an industrial environment.
• Basic knowledge of machinery, ideally in metalworking or woodworking.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken; proficiency in another European language is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, self-responsibility, and a structured approach to work.
• Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, and ability to work in a team.
• High willingness to travel (approximately 50%) within Germany, with a focus on Baden-Württemberg.
• Technical affinity and proficiency in using IT systems.
