Projektkoordinator – Interior Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Independent management of architectural and interior construction projects in the German-speaking region

• Consultation and support for architects, general contractors, specialists, installation companies, and trade partners

• Autonomous development of project opportunities and active management of the sales process until successful contract conclusion

• Product and solution consulting throughout the entire project lifecycle – from the initial inquiry to planning and successful realization

• Ensuring professional communication and collaboration between clients and internal teams

• Coordination of an international project team comprising design and cost estimation

• Assistance with technical adjustments and the development of project-specific solutions

• Proactive management of timelines, quality, risks, and customer requirements

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in project management, ideally in architecture, interior construction, construction, or real estate business

• Technical understanding of construction and interior construction projects

• Strong spatial imagination

• Confident handling of multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience working with architects, planners, or general contractors is an advantage

• Entrepreneurial mindset and high level of personal responsibility

• Structured, organized, and solution-oriented working style

• Strong communication skills and assured presence with clients

• Excellent team player in an international environment

• High customer orientation and enthusiasm for successfully completing projects

• Hands-on mentality with the commitment to take on responsibility

• Native-level proficiency in German

• Very good command of English (corporate language)

• Very good knowledge of French
