This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Coordinate orders, quotes, deliveries, and customer inquiries related to ITAB's lighting business.

• Manage incoming requests and orders via phone and email.

• Prepare quotes, register orders, and handle invoicing.

• Monitor deliveries and stock status.

• Serve as the point of contact for customers regarding order and delivery issues.

• Coordinate activities between sales, lighting design, inventory, and purchasing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the lighting industry or technical customer support.

• Basic knowledge of lighting, electricity, or lighting technology.

• Proficient in using systems, preferably business systems like Jeeves or similar.

• Strong command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Knowledge of Dialux is a plus.
