This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee, guide, and nurture the Remodel Team personnel and processes to meet project objectives and timelines.
• Develop and maintain a relationship with the Walmart Field Project Manager to ensure that daily and weekly responsibilities are fulfilled.
• Organize and coordinate daily labor projects and personnel, which includes scheduling, communication, and monitoring project advancement.
• Assess and take necessary action on labor personnel on a daily and weekly basis to uphold standards established by both the client and Walmart.
• Establish work procedures and determine processes that will influence the effectiveness of adhering to project schedule deadlines.
• Responsible for accurate weekly reporting sent to Walmart that outlines the progress of each project.
• Tasked with the appropriate allocation of resources to each project and overseeing day-to-day activities.
• Respond swiftly and accurately to directives from the Walmart Field Project Manager, making process and personnel decisions based on that guidance.
• Collaborate closely with other field leaders to achieve company key performance indicators.
• Act as a communication conduit between the field and the home office.
• Proactively seek and share solutions to enhance processes and efficiencies.
• Manage and provide organizational guidance for setting merchandise according to modular guidelines.
• Analyze and resolve project challenges through communication with the Project Team Specialist, Project Team Manager, Project Regional Manager, and/or Walmart Field Project Manager.
• Responsible for reviewing all projects upon completion to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to standards before submitting for project completion approval.
• High School diploma or equivalent certification is mandatory.
• A valid driver's license is required as travel to additional locations may be necessary.
• Automobile liability insurance must be maintained.
• Experience or comfort level with electronic and technical products is essential.
• Must be independent and self-motivated.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends.
