This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Oversee daily operations, training, and management of various teams to meet targeted service levels and assign tasks to the appropriate team members.
• Perform regular transaction monitoring and call evaluations for quality assurance, coaching, and training purposes.
• Develop team schedules and facilitate effective onboarding and training of new team members.
• Establish and communicate a clear set of expectations and objectives for team members to adhere to.
• Provide emotional support to project team members, ensuring they feel valued.
• Maintain regular communication to offer encouragement, adjust tasks, and provide updates on progress towards goals.
• Implement motivational incentives to keep the team focused and driven towards achieving project goals.
• Offer ongoing feedback on employee performance, address any weaknesses or inefficiencies, and provide support to bridge skill gaps.
• Foster collaboration among team members.
• Prepare project reports as required.
• Recognize team members for their ongoing contributions and celebrate achievements.
• Minimum diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of B2B experience in a telesales or contact center environment (preferably within the finance or technology solutions industry).
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and facilitate open dialogue.
• Critical thinking abilities to devise creative solutions, anticipate potential productivity roadblocks, and navigate obstacles to ensure success.
• Team management skills to build a capable team, promote collaboration, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Self-motivated and driven; capable of working independently with minimal supervision while consistently maintaining high productivity levels.
