This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Contribute valuable knowledge, skills, and expertise to the Yellow Brick core team and its clients.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specialized services, service lines, and industry standards.
• Recognize project risks and concerns, propose solutions, and collaborate with the project team to alleviate them.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet Yellow Brick standards and are finalized within the expected timeline.
• Organize and oversee meetings and workgroups while aiding in the creation of project deliverables.
• Monitor project activities, hours, and expenses, and provide a comprehensive summary of completed work for monthly reports.
• Conduct research and offer recommendations for implementation at Yellow Brick to leadership.
• Identify and share best practices within the industry with the team.
• Develop or enhance tools, processes, and methodologies for Yellow Brick projects.
• Actively seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding Yellow Brick and CannonDesign properties, tools, methods, and company information.
• Comply with all policies, procedures, and protocols of Yellow Brick, CannonDesign, and clients.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent expertise and experience in the industry is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in the industry is preferred.
• Experience managing large projects within the healthcare sector is preferred.
• Familiarity with regulatory agencies and industry standards such as AIA, ACHE, ASHE, TJC, CDPH, HCAi, CMS, and AAMI is preferred.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.
• Knowledge of Visio and Access is an asset.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of working effectively as a leader, team player, and independently.
• Able to develop and maintain productive relationships with clients and team members.
• Skilled in prioritizing job duties, assignments, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 90% of the workday.
• Capable of lifting up to 20 pounds.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
