Project Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for the onboarding of new clients assigned to you

• Strategize, organize, and implement onboarding plans

• Foster collaborative relationships with internal teams

• Build strong connections with new clients while proactively addressing their needs and concerns

• Collaborate with sales, client success, and technical teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience

• Maintain clear communication and ensure that onboarding documentation is up-to-date and accurate

• Identify ways to enhance the onboarding process and improve the overall client experience

• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple onboarding processes at once

• Client-centric approach with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with background screening or related industries (preferred)

• Strong commitment to client satisfaction, providing prompt support and creating effective solutions

• Consistently deliver exceptional experiences for clients

• Ability to communicate effectively and share accurate information consistently

• Proficient in operating computers, keyboards, photocopiers, telephones, and other standard office equipment
