Project Scheduler – Industrial Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Create and maintain comprehensive construction schedules utilizing Primavera P6.

• Work collaboratively with project managers, superintendents, and field teams to ensure the accuracy of schedules and their alignment with project milestones.

• Conduct schedule analysis, critical path evaluations, and progress reporting.

• Recognize scheduling risks and propose recovery or mitigation strategies.

• Assist with schedule updates, forecasting, and tracking earned value.

• Engage in owner meetings and deliver schedule presentations as required.

• Manage scheduling activities among various stakeholders and subcontractors.

• Travel to active project locations throughout the United States.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience with Primavera P6.

• Background in supporting large-scale construction projects in:

• Data Centers.

• Heavy Industrial sectors.

• Mission Critical settings.

• Solid understanding of CPM scheduling methodologies.

• Capability to assess schedule impacts, delays, and recovery strategies.

• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

• Willingness to work in fast-paced construction environments with travel obligations.
