This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
β’ Create and uphold comprehensive construction schedules utilizing Primavera P6.
β’ Partner with project managers, superintendents, and field personnel to guarantee schedule precision and consistency with project milestones.
β’ Conduct schedule analysis, critical path evaluations, and progress reporting.
β’ Recognize scheduling risks and propose recovery or mitigation plans.
β’ Assist with schedule updates, forecasting, and earned value tracking.
β’ Engage in owner meetings and deliver schedule presentations as required.
β’ Coordinate scheduling tasks among various stakeholders and subcontractors.
β’ Travel to active project locations throughout the United States.
β’ Significant experience using Primavera P6.
β’ Background in supporting large-scale construction projects in data centers, heavy industrial, or mission-critical settings.
β’ Solid grasp of CPM scheduling techniques.
β’ Proficient in analyzing schedule impacts, delays, and recovery strategies.
β’ Exceptional communication and coordination abilities.
β’ Capacity to thrive in dynamic construction environments with travel obligations.
β’ Preferred experience working for a general contractor or EPC contractor.
β’ Strongly preferred field construction knowledge.
β’ Experience managing multiple projects or extensive program schedules.
β’ Competitive base salary: $115,000 β $145,000.
β’ Per diem provided during travel.
β’ Company-covered travel expenses for home rotation.
