Project Scheduler – Industrial Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Create and uphold comprehensive construction schedules utilizing Primavera P6.

• Partner with project managers, superintendents, and field personnel to guarantee schedule precision and consistency with project milestones.

• Conduct schedule analysis, critical path evaluations, and progress reporting.

• Recognize scheduling risks and propose recovery or mitigation plans.

• Assist with schedule updates, forecasting, and earned value tracking.

• Engage in owner meetings and deliver schedule presentations as required.

• Coordinate scheduling tasks among various stakeholders and subcontractors.

• Travel to active project locations throughout the United States.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience using Primavera P6.

• Background in supporting large-scale construction projects in data centers, heavy industrial, or mission-critical settings.

• Solid grasp of CPM scheduling techniques.

• Proficient in analyzing schedule impacts, delays, and recovery strategies.

• Exceptional communication and coordination abilities.

• Capacity to thrive in dynamic construction environments with travel obligations.

• Preferred experience working for a general contractor or EPC contractor.

• Strongly preferred field construction knowledge.

• Experience managing multiple projects or extensive program schedules.
