Project Scheduler – Industrial Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain comprehensive construction schedules utilizing Primavera P6

• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and field teams to guarantee schedule precision and alignment with project milestones

• Conduct schedule analysis, critical path evaluations, and progress reporting

• Recognize scheduling risks and propose recovery or mitigation strategies

• Assist with schedule updates, forecasting, and earned value tracking

• Engage in owner meetings and deliver schedule presentations as required

• Coordinate scheduling activities among various stakeholders and subcontractors

• Travel to active project sites throughout the United States

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Primavera P6

• Proven experience supporting large-scale construction projects in: Data Centers, Heavy Industrial, and Mission Critical environments

• Strong grasp of CPM scheduling methodologies

• Capability to analyze schedule impacts, delays, and recovery strategies

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities

• Willingness to work in fast-paced construction environments with travel obligations
