This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Deliver scheduling and project support services for Sia/LBG’s clients, which includes, but is not limited to: developing, maintaining, and updating comprehensive integrated project schedules utilizing Planisware for various CMC product development and/or technical transfer initiatives.
• Collaborate with project leaders and cross-functional teams to collect schedule inputs, validate assumptions, and ensure that schedules accurately reflect the current project status and execution strategies.
• Ensure that schedules align with project strategy, portfolio priorities, and critical stage gates for CMC development and readiness for commercialization.
• Monitor milestones, action items, and decisions that affect project timelines and communicate any changes to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Generate project scheduling deliverables and routine updates, which include reports, dashboards, milestone views, and summaries for project stakeholders.
• Promote effective schedule communication across various teams, functions, and locations to support the execution of simultaneous and interdependent tech transfer activities.
• Participate in project meetings to provide updates on timelines, conduct schedule analyses, and document schedule-related actions and decisions clearly.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and customer service while upholding LBG quality standards for client deliverables.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, with at least 1 year in project scheduling, project controls, or project management support.
• Experience supporting CMC development, manufacturing, technical transfer, or related product development efforts.
• Proficiency in Planisware for scheduling tasks.
• Experience in creating and maintaining comprehensive integrated project schedules with logic-driven dependencies.
• Strong grasp of scheduling principles, milestone planning, critical path analysis, and schedule risk identification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Capability to work independently while effectively coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to ambiguity, along with a strong sense of ownership for deliverables and outcomes.
