This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Managing, planning, and executing intricate, high-stakes projects from inception to completion.
• Creating detailed project charters, scope documents, and resource plans.
• Conducting feasibility analyses, stakeholder assessments, and risk evaluations.
• Developing comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Leading cross-functional teams, delegating tasks, managing workloads, and overseeing performance.
• Utilizing project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello) to monitor milestones, tasks, and deliverables.
• Ensuring prompt and precise communication regarding project status, risks, and significant decisions to stakeholders.
• Identifying potential risks and formulating mitigation strategies.
• Proactively tackling challenges and resolving issues, escalations, and conflicts.
• Managing project budgets, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and reporting variances.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Conducting post-project evaluations to extract lessons learned and best practices.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
• Familiarity with LLM platforms and agentic AI tools (e.g., Claude, GPT‑4, Gemini).
• Practical experience with next-generation AI agent frameworks/tools (e.g., Manus).
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in project management, preferably in sectors such as IT, Construction, Healthcare, Finance, or Manufacturing.
• Experience overseeing enterprise-level projects with multiple stakeholders and substantial budgets (e.g., $1M+).
• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• A Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a similar discipline is highly desirable.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification (or relevant certification) is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel (up to 10–25%) to client sites or other company locations as necessary.
• Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when project timelines demand.
