Project Program Manager – AI Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee various projects and programs from initiation to completion—strategize, prioritize, and eliminate obstacles.

• Keep teams engaged and responsible; transform uncertainty into actionable steps and measurable goals.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies purposefully, monitoring velocity, throughput, and changes in scope.

• Manage client communications—set expectations, address issues, and foster trust.

• Utilize AI on a daily basis to enhance project management tasks: summarizing meetings, drafting requirements, updating statuses, and managing risks.

• Maintain a keen eye for detail while keeping an overarching perspective in mind.

• Demonstrated success in delivering technology projects within Agile frameworks (Scrum + Kanban).

• Confident and composed leader of cross-functional teams—capable of harmonizing strong personalities without ego.

• Exceptional client management and communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities without overlooking details.

• Familiarity with generative AI concepts and a routine of utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency.

• A background in engineering or DevOps; comfort with reading code or infrastructure diagrams (preferred).

• Experience in regulated environments (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, HIPAA, GDPR) is a plus (preferred).
