This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Managing, planning, and executing intricate, high-stakes projects from inception to completion.
• Crafting thorough project charters, scope documents, and resource plans.
• Conducting feasibility studies, stakeholder analyses, and risk assessments to evaluate project viability.
• Developing detailed project timelines, budgets, and work plans.
• Leading multidisciplinary teams, delegating tasks, overseeing workloads, and assessing performance.
• Utilizing project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello) to monitor milestones, tasks, and deliverables.
• Ensuring prompt and accurate communication regarding project status, risks, and critical decisions to stakeholders.
• Identifying potential risks and formulating mitigation strategies early in the project lifecycle.
• Actively tackling challenges and resolving issues, escalations, and conflicts in a timely manner.
• Leveraging quantitative and qualitative data to guide decision-making and enhance project outcomes.
• Overseeing project budgets, including forecasting, expense tracking, and variance reporting.
• Negotiating and coordinating contracts with vendors and third-party service providers as necessary.
• Optimizing resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitating regular project status meetings, presentations, and executive briefings.
• Managing change requests and ensuring alignment on project scope, timelines, and costs.
• Conducting post-project reviews to extract lessons learned and best practices.
• Sharing knowledge and mentoring junior project managers, promoting uniform project management standards.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
• Familiarity with LLM platforms and agentic AI tools (e.g., Claude, GPT-4, Gemini) along with hands-on experience using next-generation AI agent frameworks/tools (e.g., Manus) to automate workflows, orchestrate multi-step tasks, and integrate with internal/external systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for tackling complex project challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven capability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Demonstrated success in managing competing priorities, deadlines, and budgets.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in project management, preferably in sectors such as IT, Construction, Healthcare, Finance, or Manufacturing.
• Experience overseeing enterprise-level projects with numerous stakeholders and substantial budgets (e.g., $1M+).
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards pertinent to the specific industry (e.g., GDPR for IT, FDA for Healthcare).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification (or relevant certification) is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel (up to 10–25%) to client locations or other company sites as needed.
• Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when project deadlines necessitate.
