This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Accountable for planning and orchestrating all facets of internal information and system-specific projects from start to finish.
• Projects frequently encompass network, server, or software implementations and upgrades, along with PC deployments.
• Oversees multiple, cross-functional, and technical projects.
• Collaborates with functional teams throughout the initiation, planning, design, procurement, deployment, and post-deployment phases.
• Tasked with managing and tracking program milestones, timelines, and overall deliverables.
• Engages in the creation and maintenance of detailed project documentation, including schedules, reviews, process documents, risk assessments, and more.
• Participates in defining project scope and objectives, involving all pertinent stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
• Drives project lifecycle milestones from concept commitment through to project closure while promoting change management.
• Utilizes metrics and KPIs to evaluate project performance using suitable tools and techniques, providing regular status updates.
• Involved in internal process enhancements; identifying and addressing gaps across multiple teams and functions.
• Ensures risks are identified and develops risk mitigation strategies.
• Serves as a primary point of contact for vendor partners and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinates and supports regularly scheduled meetings with core teams.
• Actively participates in evaluating post-project outcomes against metrics; recommends or implements changes to enhance delivery practices and processes.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from an accredited four-year college or university.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience equivalent.
• Develops productive internal and external working relationships.
• Applies judgment within established procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions.
• Familiarity with project management teams, conflict resolution, and adherence to schedule timelines.
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and documentation).
• Capable of managing multiple projects and assignments simultaneously.
• Self-motivated individual who can quickly learn new tools and adapt to new processes and technologies with minimal guidance.
• Experience in creating spreadsheets, presentation materials, and project/process documentation.
• Strong observational and analytical skills, including the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate substantial amounts of information, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy, as well as tracking and reporting metrics and managing risks.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and communicate project updates to client executives.
• Must possess the ability to perform office-related tasks, which may involve prolonged sitting or standing.
• Must be able to move about within an office environment.
• Must be capable of using a computer.
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively.
• Some positions may require occasional repetitive motions or movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
