This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Accountable for overseeing and monitoring program milestones, timelines, and overall deliverables.
• Develop independence in facilitating the resolution of intricate issues.
• Initiate investigations into root causes using internal tools and synthesize information to assist partner teams in resolving issues or blockers.
• Act as a liaison for vendor partners and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure that risks are identified and contribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with functional teams during the initiation, deployment, and post-deployment phases.
• Manage ambiguity by proposing solutions within team processes when a detailed guide is unavailable.
• Deliver status updates during regularly scheduled meetings with core teams.
• Provide insights for internal process enhancements and aid in bridging gaps across various teams and functions.
• Offer consistent status updates as necessary.
• Assist in evaluating post-project results against established metrics; suggest or implement changes to enhance delivery practices or processes.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from a four-year college or university with 0 to 2 years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Establishes stable working relationships within the organization.
• Adheres to standard practices and procedures when evaluating situations or data.
• Familiarity with project management teams, conflict resolution, and maintaining schedule timelines.
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and documentation).
• Capable of managing multiple projects and assignments simultaneously.
• Self-motivated individual able to quickly learn new tools and processes with minimal assistance.
• Proficient in creating spreadsheets, presentation materials, and project/process documentation.
• Strong observational and analytical abilities, including the capacity to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate substantial amounts of information; keen attention to detail and accuracy; ability to track and report metrics; and manage risks effectively.
• Skilled in collaborating with stakeholders and communicating project updates to client executives.
