Project Operations Manager – 1st Shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee integrated project programs and plans that feature clear critical paths, task dependencies, risk and issue mitigation strategies, and significant milestones.

• Collaborate with business process owners to pinpoint and define areas for improvement.

• Innovatively define, manage, and execute projects to fulfill business requirements.

• Provide leadership for project execution, both for internal teams and external clients; guide the project team and effectively communicate project needs to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Foster strong relationships and partnerships with senior leadership to align with company objectives.

• Create customer presentations that showcase solution elements and value propositions.

• Assist other project managers and project team members as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical discipline or equivalent relevant work or military experience.

• At least 1 year of experience in operations, preferably within manufacturing or logistics.

• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.

• Experience in project management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
