This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with program management, commercial, order management, finance, and technology teams to implement projects that align with Baxter’s healthcare objectives.
• Conduct quality assessments of post-PO project documentation.
• Assist in managing project schedules, task assignments, and resource allocation.
• Develop, maintain, and organize meeting notes, status reports, change logs, and project documentation.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members, leadership, and stakeholders.
• Monitor the allocation and utilization of personnel, tools, and materials.
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Track project milestones and deliverables, identifying issues or delays, and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee project revenue, budgets, and expenses in collaboration with Project Managers.
• Document operational risks and gaps, supporting mitigation strategies and issue resolution.
• Ensure that documentation, communications, and deliverables adhere to quality and process standards.
• Resolve administrative obstacles and discrepancies to ensure smooth project flow.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Proven expertise in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in financial software, financial management systems, and reporting tools.
• Capability to utilize pivot tables and create reports in Excel.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify solutions and follow through to completion.
• Highly effective in building rapport and consensus.
• Exceptional attention to detail along with strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent listening and positive communication skills.
• Strong facilitation skills when engaging with diverse groups.
