• Minimum of 3 years of experience in related positions.

• Exceptional customer service skills via phone and email.

• Proficient in project management using tools such as ClickUp and Google Docs.

• Fundamental knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress, and PHP (advanced expertise not necessary).

• Strong written English skills for direct communication with clients.

• Capability to edit WordPress sites using Elementor.

• Familiarity with hosting management systems like cPanel, among others.

• Understanding of additional web technologies, including SEO and custom development, is advantageous.
