This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the complete delivery of a Salesforce CRM MVP, from initial discovery to final launch.
• Create and maintain a phased project timeline that includes milestones, dependencies, integrations, and resource requirements.
• Collaborate with business leaders, IT/Salesforce teams, and relevant external partners as necessary.
• Proactively identify potential risks, dependencies, and strategies for mitigation.
• Organize stakeholder interviews and workshops to collect and prioritize requirements across various business units.
• Convert business needs into clear, structured user stories, process flows, and functional requirements for Salesforce configuration and build.
• Align stakeholders on the scope of the MVP compared to future phases.
• Work closely with the internal Salesforce/ITS team to refine requirements, manage the backlog, and develop sprint plans.
• Assist with UAT planning, execution, and resolution of issues.
• Identify necessary integrations and coordinate associated dependencies.
• Establish a resource plan that aligns with the project timeline.
• Deliver a functional Salesforce CRM MVP that meets the agreed-upon scope.
• Create a documented backlog and roadmap for future phases, including enhancements post-MVP.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, a clinical field, business, or a related discipline is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with progressive leadership roles or experience leading high-level projects and initiatives is required.
• Experience with Salesforce is mandatory.
• Practical experience in leading Salesforce CRM implementations or enhancements.
• Strong skills in business analysis, including requirements gathering, user story development, and process mapping.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both technical teams and business executives.
• Experience in creating project plans that include timelines, dependencies, and resource estimates.
• Proven capability to manage multiple stakeholders and achieve alignment.
