Project Manager V / Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Oversee and orchestrate extensive, cross-departmental enterprise transformation projects.

• Manage the entire project lifecycle from assessing requirements and planning to execution, deployment, and closure.

• Develop project plans and timelines, procure and oversee resources, and control budgets.

• Utilize corporate and industry-standard project management tools and methodologies.

• Establish and uphold the corporate project management framework and departmental protocols.

• Update stakeholders and external agencies on project progress.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to secure resources, address issues, and mitigate risks.

• Facilitate cross-departmental meetings to fulfill stakeholder expectations and organizational goals.

• Offer functional and technical expertise across various business and technical domains.

• Oversee project deliverables, which include design documents, testing plans, training resources, and operational documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• Over 8 years of project management experience with department-specific projects.

• Prior experience as a lead in a functional area.

• Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects or supervisory roles, including hiring, training, assigning tasks, and evaluating staff performance.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Preferred experience in healthcare and managed care.

• Familiarity with Agile methodology is preferred.
