Project Manager – Transport Management System

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct software projects from inception to completion

• Create and manage essential project documentation, including requirements specifications (functional specifications)

• Facilitate project meetings and conduct milestone assessments

• Gather, analyze, and document customer requirements

• Develop functional solution concepts and ensure alignment with key accounts

• Organize workshops, training sessions, and system demonstrations

• Integrate the TMS with existing ERP systems or third-party solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in logistics, project management, or IT consulting

• Familiarity with TMS—whether as a user, key user, or from the vendor/manufacturer perspective

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster trust in customer and project meetings

• Strong analytical and organized working approach, demonstrating a high level of initiative

• Willingness to travel for customer visits as necessary

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ideally experienced with Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, and BigPicture

• Proficient in German at C1/C2 level and English skills at a minimum of B2
