This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Oversee transformer service projects from initiation to completion, managing scope, timelines, resources, budgets, vendors, and client communication.
• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, addressing project risks and execution obstacles.
• Monitor performance and advocate for ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks and issues while formulating contingency plans.
• Track project advancement, monitor KPIs, and provide consistent updates to management.
• Oversee project budgets, authorize expenditures, and promote cost-efficient project delivery.
• Assist in post-project evaluations and the continuous enhancement of project management processes and tools within the Services Division.
• Ensure adherence to relevant external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline, or an associate degree coupled with over seven years of experience in the transformer or substation industry.
• A minimum of five years of project management experience with an emphasis on transformer services or heavy industrial equipment.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on schedule and within budget constraints.
• Familiarity with transformer technology, maintenance, and repair processes is preferred.
• Proficient in project management software, including MS Project or Primavera P6.
• PMP or an equivalent project management certification is strongly preferred.
