Project Manager TGA / MEP – Client Side

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist with our hotel initiatives throughout Europe in the domain of technical building services (TGA / KG 400)

• Assume technical accountability for the electrical and HVAC/plumbing sectors

• Evaluate external specialist plans from Ruby’s viewpoint and proactively incorporate our requirements

• Ensure consistent application of our technical and quality standards

• Challenge and advise specialist planners, investors, and project partners on equal footing

• Support projects from the design phase through implementation to commissioning and handover

• Offer assistance during the execution phase with an emphasis on quality, functionality, and the finer details that make a difference

• Regularly visit our construction sites while primarily working remotely or in the office

• For our FF&E projects, manage the tendering, awarding, and execution of the trades: sound, IT, F&B (catering), and keycard systems

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in HKLS / building services engineering or a similar qualification

• Experience in TGA technical site management (Fachbauleitung), specialist planning, or a comparable position

• Hands-on construction site experience, with a desire to operate at a broader/strategic level

• Proficient in plan review, quality assurance, and project coordination

• Strong technical knowledge throughout all project phases — from design to handover

• Ability to work in a structured, self-directed manner while maintaining an overview amidst multiple interfaces/stakeholders

• Willingness to travel and visit sites, while also enjoying focused work in the office or remotely

• Fluent in both German and English
