Project Manager – Tech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Act as the operational leader for the Partner Program sales track, ensuring timely project delivery that aligns with business goals.

• Take ownership of the project backlog, prioritizing workstreams and managing cross-functional dependencies.

• Create and uphold project plans, schedules, milestones, and governance processes.

• Facilitate regular meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications to foster alignment and accountability.

• Identify, escalate, and eliminate blockers to sustain project momentum and meet delivery timelines.

• Monitor risks, dependencies, and action items while proactively driving towards resolution.

• Collaborate with business, sales, and program stakeholders to implement operational changes that enhance efficiency and program effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of Project Management experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.

• Strong background in managing project backlogs, timelines, and stakeholder communications.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve operational excellence, establish execution rhythm, and deliver projects in fast-paced settings.

• Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization abilities.

• Experience in supporting sales, partner, channel, or go-to-market programs is preferred.
