Project Manager, Team Lead – Legal Financial Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee cross-functional project teams to guarantee successful project delivery utilizing Harbor Project Management tools.

• Collaborate with clients to establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables while ensuring adherence to all project requirements.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, encompassing timelines and budgets, while ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational objectives.

• Leverage Harbor Project Management tools to monitor project progress, manage resources, and communicate milestones to stakeholders.

• Organize project documentation, which includes project charters, status reports, and meeting notes through the Harbor Project Management platform.

• Track and manage project risks, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues to ensure timely solutions.

• Supervise the complete execution of assigned projects by monitoring and updating work-in-progress and assessing requirement milestones against actual progress.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, nurturing strong relationships and facilitating clear communication.

• Manage client expectations and provide regular updates regarding project progress, risks, and outcomes.

• Address client concerns and escalations promptly to ensure satisfaction and alignment.

• Develop and manage Project Manager team members while ensuring compliance with Harbor project management standards and best practices.

• Schedule assignments and monitor project tasks, ensuring the team meets deadlines and identifying and eliminating blockers as necessary.

• Deliver timely budget utilization updates to clients, confirming that work is conducted within budgetary constraints.

• Ensure projects deliver the scope as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW).


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in project management implementing Aderant Expert / Elite 3E.

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education.

• Proficient in collaboration and project tracking tools.

• Over 3 years of experience with the firm’s services, and/or clients is preferred, or prior experience in the legal software industry.

• Skilled in problem solving, customer focus, communication, collaboration, organizational support, quality focus, and punctuality.

• Authorized to work in the country of residence (UK) without restrictions or sponsorship.
