This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the daily execution of Prohibited Foreign Entity, Domestic Content, and Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship diligence initiatives.
• Facilitate the onboarding of EPC, contractors, and suppliers, including the collection of certifications and mapping of the supply chain.
• Ensure oversight and quality assurance/control of PWA compliance data, addressing discrepancies in certified payroll and apprenticeship documentation.
• Assist with Material Assistance Cost Ratio analysis and threshold evaluations.
• Compile and manage documentation packages that are audit-ready.
• Take ownership of project schedules, trackers, and updates for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure deliverables remain on schedule.
• Lead client relationships from start to finish, managing timelines and project deliverables.
• Proactively identify and mitigate issues and risks that could affect scope, schedule, or client confidence.
• Sustain and enhance standardized workflows for onboarding, cost attribution, and reporting.
• Support the use of AI-driven tools for document ingestion, MACR calculations, and supplier risk assessments.
• Contribute to the development of scalable delivery processes and templates.
• Aid in proposal preparation, data room organization, and client onboarding documentation.
• Create client-facing materials and presentation content.
• Work in partnership with program managers and service line teams.
• Spot opportunities to enhance shared tools and procedures within the services team.
• 3–6 years of experience in tax, project finance, renewable energy, supply chain compliance, consulting, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with IRA credits (45Y, 48E, 45X), Domestic Content, PWA, or PFE frameworks is advantageous.
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort with cost models, supplier information, and legal/technical documentation.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to distill complex information while aligning stakeholders.
• Self-motivated individual who takes initiative.
• Collaborative mindset with a low-ego approach.
• Experience with a Big 4 firm, law firm, renewable developer, or project finance organization is a plus.
• Knowledge of supply chain or sanctions compliance is a plus.
• Experience with AI/data tools in diligence or document workflows is a plus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
