Project Manager – Talent Services, Global Learning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Execute learning design and development projects within established timelines and quality benchmarks.

• Create a comprehensive project plan for each initiative, utilizing a standard template to outline deliverable deadlines and review cycles.

• Oversee continuous status updates, effectively communicate project risks, and escalate issues as necessary.

• Seek advice from relevant sources before making decisions about managing specific challenges or opportunities.

• Foster relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders, including subject matter experts, other learning contributors, and external learning vendors.

• Ensure compliance with operational processes and standards.

• Coordinate and supervise the activities of vendor project managers, designers, and developers as applicable.

• Lead regular project meetings to facilitate progress and collaboration.

• Develop and maintain thorough project documentation.

• Apply best project management practices learned from fellow team members.

• Initiate and guarantee the effective and timely release of learning content through content administration.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the management of learning design and development projects, ideally at a global scale or for a diverse client base.

• Proven experience demonstrating project management skills, including vendor management.

• Proven experience in overseeing learning and development projects.

• Proven experience using project management software, including Microsoft Excel.

• Proven experience in building and maintaining robust relationships with business customers and clients.

• Ideally, knowledge of end-to-end learning processes and standards.

• Understanding of learning science and evidence-based design standards and practices to ensure EY's learning content maintains the highest quality and achieves the desired business impact.

• A bachelor's degree, with a preference for higher professional or master’s qualifications in a related field.
