Project Manager – System Landscape

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Overall oversight of the “System Landscape” initiative encompassing all streams – ERP, CRM, BR/BI, along with ECM/DMS.

• Development of efficient project governance structures.

• Coordination and leadership of steering committees (SteerCos).

• Proactive management of risks and issues.

• Implementation of testing phases (SIT, UAT).

• Clear and transparent communication with management, business units, and project teams.

• Assurance of compliance with quality standards and documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in leading intricate IT or ERP transformation initiatives.

• Preferably experience within the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., D365, Business Central, CRM, Power Platform).

• Strong comprehension of business processes, especially in finance, procurement, sales, and project-driven businesses.

• Experience in managing external implementation partners.

• Familiarity with project methodologies in both traditional (waterfall) and agile environments.
