Project Manager, Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Facilitate seamless and high-quality execution by managing intake processes and protecting project scope.

• Foster effective communication with requesters and execution teams; establish expectations and ensure feedback loops are closed.

• Act as the main intake contact for requests across various functions (e.g., marketing, medical).

• Confirm project scope, clarify requirements, and guarantee high-quality briefs before assignments are made.

• Encourage precise documentation in Jira and accurate reporting.

• Discover opportunities for reuse and process improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or Design (or equivalent practical experience).

• Entry-level to 5+ years of experience in digital operations, marketing coordination, project coordination, or similar roles.

• Proficient in Business-level English for reading and writing.

• Intermediate skills in Veeva and Microsoft Office.
