Project Manager – Studio

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and oversee multiple projects from their inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and budget compliance.

• Maintain a high level of billable hours while managing project teams and optimizing resource usage.

• Act as a proactive advisor, discovering opportunities for project savings, streamlining timelines, and overseeing modifications to project scope.

• Skillfully manage project dependencies, critical paths, and workback plans, ensuring that risks are recognized, documented, and mitigated.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Provide frequent updates regarding project status, milestones, and any potential challenges that may arise.

• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and engineers to ensure clarity of project requirements, understanding of technical specifications, and alignment of objectives among all team members.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.

• Significant experience in product management, especially in ecommerce or digital product settings.

• In-depth knowledge of Shopify, including admin management and familiarity with popular integrations and data migrations using tools like Matrixify.

• 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce, with exposure to both custom and public themes on Shopify.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, capable of independently handling challenging client interactions.

• Self-motivated and proactive, with the capacity to work autonomously and lead projects with minimal supervision.

• A dependable and supportive collaborator, prioritizing team success and client satisfaction.
