Project Manager – Strategy & Transformation

• Transform Ambiguity into Action: decompose intricate, multi-stakeholder projects into distinct tasks, responsible parties, and timelines — the essentials of effective project management.

• Ensure Accountability: hold internal teams and external vendors to their commitments, addressing risks proactively before they escalate into issues.

• Enhance Visibility: maintain transparency about your current projects, discussions, and considerations in a shared space accessible to everyone — rather than keeping it solely in your mind or a private notebook.

• Foster Constructive Tension: promptly identify flawed processes or misaligned plans, regardless of ownership, and challenge inconsistencies rather than simply reporting numbers. We seek a collaborator who engages with us, not just a status indicator.

• Streamline Workflow: aggressively eliminate dependencies and obstacles that hinder progress, ensuring projects advance swiftly while maintaining thoroughness.

• Assemble the Right Participants: gather the fewest, most empowered individuals for discussions. Each meeting you facilitate has a designated owner, a clear objective, and concludes with a decision — avoiding the need for additional meetings.

• Embrace AI Tools: leveraging generative and embedded AI capabilities is integral to your work — drafting trackers, summarizing meetings, and identifying risks sooner, allowing more focus on the human aspects of delivery. Your first instinct is to consider whether AI can handle initial tasks before you proceed manually.

• Integrate the Six-Week Cycle: incorporate every project — whether a major transformation or minor enhancement — into our six-week planning, execution, and showcasing rhythm across all seven strategic workstreams, regularly coordinating with workstream leaders on how to assist.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in developing plans, sequencing tasks, and tracking progress.

• A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or management is preferred, or equivalent practical experience demonstrated.

• Proficient with project-tracking tools such as Monday, Jira, or similar platforms.

• Truly comfortable utilizing generative and embedded AI tools to enhance reporting and tracking — not just familiar with them.

• Familiarity with diverse delivery methodologies — traditional project management, agile, ShapeUp/Basecamp-style cycles — is appreciated; we value adaptability over adherence to a single framework.

• Desire for genuine autonomy in your role, rather than merely following a checklist — and the confidence to hold others accountable without needing formal authority.
