This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Assist in Health Plan Relations initiatives by organizing, coordinating, and implementing cross-functional projects.
• Create and oversee comprehensive workplans.
• Monitor and manage project schedules, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Act as a key point of coordination and communication among stakeholders.
• Prepare, update, and disseminate executive-level status reports, dashboards, and written communications.
• Record project decisions, risks, issues, change requests, and their resolutions.
• Ensure that all project documentation complies with internal standards and the requirements of payers/customers.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, with project management certification(s) preferred.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of pertinent work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficient computer skills, including expertise with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet).
• Ability to collaborate with project leaders and subject matter experts.
• Capability to perform basic arithmetic operations in all units of measure.
• Proficient in understanding, reading, writing, and speaking English.
